Limoncello Tarantini
Dell ‘Anno Recipe
1 litre alcohol 95%.
69.9% ABV is ok but use less sugar 700 grams
10 lemons, wax free
1 litre water
800 grams of sugar
Method
Cut only the yellow part of the lemon peel.
Put the peel and the alcohol in a hermetically sealed container for 10 days.
Give the container an occasional shake.
After 10 days, boil water and sugar for 5 minutes.
Then, when water is cold mix it with alcohol and peel.
Then pour into bottles.
