FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
We specialise in brand design and strategy, visual identity design (including logo evolution, not just “do-overs”), and website design in collaboration with trusted SquareSpace and Webflow developers. Depending on the project, this can include brand workshops, identity asset refresh (fonts, colours, visual system), and full brand-led website planning and design.
How does your brand workshop work?
2
Our brand workshop is a 3–4 hour strategic session (in person or online) where we explore your business foundations, brand personality, target audiences and competitor landscape. After the workshop, you receive a clear report with findings, sitemap suggestions and a project “wishlist” that shapes scope, timelines and investment.
What is your process for creating a visual identity or logo?
3
We start with discovery, mood boards then into concept development, usually presenting up to three logo directions based on the workshop. You then select one route (or a combination), and we refine it through up to three rounds of revisions before delivering final assets via a secure cloud folder.
Do you also handle website design and development?
4
Yes, we design conversion-focused, brand-led websites and partner with specialist SquareSpace and Webflow developers for build and technical implementation. We also partner with Wordpress when required. We stay your main point of contact, while the developer is responsible for the technical aspects like CMS setup, performance checks, and integrations.
How much does a brand and website project typically cost?
5
Brand and website projects are scoped after the workshop, but recent proposals have ranged between £6,000 and £20,000 depending on requirements. Smaller scopes (for example £2,000–£6,000) and more advanced multi-region sites (£12,000–£50,000) are also possible, depending on functionality and content.
What are your payment terms?
6
Most projects require a non‑refundable 50% deposit to secure the start date, with the remaining 50% due against agreed milestones and before final handover or launch. Invoices are payable within 30 days.
How many revisions are included?
7
Logo and visual identity projects typically include up to three rounds of refinement on the chosen concept within the agreed scope. For websites, we include one set of minor design changes after the review period (e.g. small text edits, minor layout tweaks) at no extra cost; larger changes are quoted separately.
Who owns the designs and source files?
8
Copyright in our design work (ideas, visuals, source files, code) is retained by the studio unless specifically released in writing after all fees are settled. We supply final assets for practical use (e.g. print-ready PDFs, web files); if you need source files like AI/PSD/INDD or raw code, this is a separate buy‑out agreement.
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
9
Yes, for websites we include a three‑month post‑launch grace period for support and adjustments, plus a performance report after three months. We can also advise on content updates, analytics, and recommend trusted partners for SEO, PPC, copywriting, and hosting where needed.
How do I get started working with you?
10
The first step is usually a discovery call followed by a written proposal and estimate. Once you’re happy with the scope, signing the estimate or sending written acceptance and paying the deposit formally confirms the project and our terms and conditions.
