Peter lead the development of the brand strategy, establishing a clear vision for the hotel. This strategic foundation informed the subsequent stages of the project. Nick then translated the brand strategy into a distinctive visual identity, crafting a look and feel that perfectly captured the hotel's essence.

Altitude Design, a key member of our team, brought the brand to life digitally, designing and developing a website that mirrored the hotel's unique character.

Inspired by the hotel's existing aesthetic, exemplified by Penny's striking zebra pig installation, we identified a core brand principle: the unexpected combination of elements to create something extraordinary. This concept, which we termed "The Zebra Pig Effect," became the foundation for the new brand identity.

The Zebra Pig embodies the hotel's spirit of individuality and creativity. This ethos is reflected throughout the hotel, from the unexpected flavor combinations in the restaurant to the unique design elements in the guest rooms.
